1:The primary of cause is that raw material.We all know that bamboo plywood make of natural bamboo. And itself have natural sulfur and other chemical material.These chemical material attached bamboo poles with long years, would leave recess on the bamboo pole. 2: as we mentioned above,bamboo is natural, there must be have good and bad material. For to maximize the utilization of bamboo, the manufacturer will produce grade C or D which the middle layer is not full solid but both surface can reach grade A or B. Usually,the grade C or D bamboo plywood use for floor, bookshelf and ceiling that not high requirements on bearing weight.
3: The third is manufacturer production equipment. Bamboo slats of bamboo plywood by cut bamboo poles. Bamboo poles is round.So after cut bamboo slats certain curvature, need sanding machine to sanding to surface and no curvature rectangle bamboo slats,then press into bamboo panel. Otherwise,the sanding material can not reach this level,also leads to gaps in structure side.
There gaps if affect bamboo panel use? In general,grade A bamboo plywood gaps cause by natural issue, the middle is solid not affect bamboo plywood use, as for these gaps,for better perfect surface,the manufacturer use bamboo powder and other bamboo fragments to repair. The grade C or D bamboo middle is not solid and the not small gaps, Therefore, it has a certain influence on the bearing capacity. And even if to repair to the voids also need to spend lost of time and money. So these bamboo plywood use for door,floor and ceiling part. Whatever the bamboo panel is what,these bamboo plywood all can replace the wood.
