Bamboo has a short growth cycle and is a truly sustainable green building material. The production process of JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking uses physical methods and will not affect the environment and people.
JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking uses a unique high-temperature, high-intensity compression process to remove sugar molecules from the bamboo, making the bamboo free of fungi and microorganisms. This solves the problem of anti-corrosion and insect resistance and by changing the water-absorbing groups inside the bamboo, thereby solving the problem of deformation and cracking, the material density, hardness and flexural strength are much higher than any wood, as with many completed projects As shown, JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking remains straight and very stable even after many years of installation. JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking is the ideal outdoor material.
With the JULY BAMBU® clips installing the bamboo decking is quick and easy. The clips are placed in the grooves at the sides and screwed into the sub-beams. With this method, it is not necessary to predrill the decking boards.
The decking boards in the JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking collection have many characteristics similar to (tropical) hardwood. However, JULYBAMBU boards are made from the quick growing bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource that not only grows incredibly fast (up to 1 meter per day!) but does not result in deforestation after harvesting because the plant does not die when the stems are harvested. Like any hardwood species that is exposed to the weather, JULYBAMBU® Outdoor Bamboo Decking will turn grey over time, creating a beautiful, natural look similar to weathered hardwood.
